Dear welcomed guest!
We are looking forward to having you as a guest on The PE Geek Podcast.
About The PE Geek Podcast
The PE Geek Podcast is the leading technology & physical education podcast, which aims to educate physical educators about the various ways they can leverage technologies in their practice, as well as inspiring them to create an exciting future.
I have found that the episodes that get the most traction are filled with stories, lessons that are applicable in day to day practice as well as some actionable tips or next steps.
Our listeners are Physical Education Practitioners from all over the globe interested in utilising technologies within their practice.
They’re interested in:
- Mobile apps and how they can be used in physical education
- Ways to use technology to motivate physical activity
- Google-based technologies in PE
- Technology as a means of being more effective & efficient
- Assessment & portfolio tools
- & Much more
We call upon experts (that’s you!) to provide practical, actionable strategies & insights into tech in the PE Classroom.
We created this page to provide you with an outline of what to expect next and a little bit more about how this process works.
Before the Interview – What You Can Expect
As soon as you book your podcast time you will receive an email confirmation from us confirming your scheduled interview.
What kind of questions will we ask you during your interview?
- Background on where you teach or have taught & what age groups
- What inspired you to become a PE teacher?
- When did you start using technology in your practice?
- What tools, services or resources do you use and why
- Advice based on your experience, vision or foresight
- Any mistakes you’ve made along the way using tech in your classroom
Please keep in mind every single interview is unique in it’s own way. So, interview questions will vary accordingly and adapt to the natural flow of conversation and the guest. Nothing is scripted during the show, it’s always organic. The outlined questions above are to give you an idea of what you can expect.
