For quite some time I have been wanting to release an app that would enable the swift simple tagging of points of interest in video.
Simply start recording and tap the customisable buttons to tag performance as it happens. The app will record a few seconds either side of the tap.
Continue this for the duration of the performance and when finished two video montages will be compiled with the highlights you identified.

Hi Jarrod
I have signposted your blog on my website http://www.digitallearningmedia.com, as a result I have had a comment ref this post. it is as follows
Hi mister robbo I bought the video tagger app on my mini iPad yesterday. The apps idea is good but when I recorded a video on it i clicked the button for highlights it seemed to work, when the app processes the footage I think it crashes because it just seems to take forever to process even a 20 second piece of footage. Can you please help.
Also have a look at frapp website it does something similar to your app.
Any ideas?
